- The Conference is held on 05th October, 2009
- Meeting place: Committee of the Regions, Rue Belliard 99-101, 1040 Brussels, Conference Hall Van Maerlant 1, rue Van Maerlant, Brussels
- Registration begins on 01st September 2009 up to all places available
- Participation in EUROFORUM is free of charge – number of participants is limited
- Applications are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. (The Accredited European
Funds Advisors are registered as first admitted)
- In order to be registered correctly one needs to send a correctly filled application form with current ID size photo. A once registered application is confirmed by a confirmation
e-mail. Regarding the fact of special precautions entrance to the Committee of the Regions is highly
limited. The registered participant will receive a special invitation before entering the
Committee of the Regions premises (Invitations will be dispatched by the Organizer in the day of the
Conference from 08:00 to 09:00. The details concerning entry to the Committee of the Regions will be
sent by e-mail after reception of application documents)
- Travel and accommodation expenses are totally covered by the participants
