BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM
In frames of EFA Program one can be granted an Accreditation by an independent Program-Accreditation Board consisting of well recognized and experienced practitioners in fields of regional development, international law, public financing and European funds. Accreditation is an objective examination – updated every year – of abilities and experience of EF Advisors. A key criteria are qualifications and professional experience proved by precise success in fields of regional development and innovative development of entrepreneurship with the use of European funds.

EFA PROGRAM:

• The Education and Accreditation Program - European Funds Advisor (EFA Program) is an overall educational concept in scope of preparation, accreditation and integration of independent specialists for preparation and EU project management.
• EFA Program – organizes formal and factual fundaments of the organization and integration of new professional group of EFAs.
• EFA Program – organizes the staff base by means of professionally prepared EFAs, possessing an EFA Accreditation.
• EFA Program – mobilizes to co-operation and experience exchange among EFAs of whole Europe by using Internet, training and integration meetings.
• EFA Program – is a way of promoting EFAs and companies providing services in scope of preparation and management of EU projects, in which our EFAs take part.
• EFA Program - is promoting knowledge and access to information about EU funds.
• EFA Program is realized with an engagement of European Funds Advisors of the whole European Union.

PROGRAMS LED IN SCOPE OF EFA:

• European Accreditation System - European Funds Advisor
• Certified training and advisory programs for public administration dealing with implementation of European Funds.
• Certified training programs in scope of regional entrepreneurship development, innovation implementation and development of managerial competence.
• European Union and EU Funds Website as a legal press provider, registered in court under no. 329.
• System of education and accreditation of Innovation Consultants.

EUROPEAN ACCREDITATION SYSTEM - EUROPEAN FUNDS ADVISOR is above all an honorable distinction granted to all EU funds specialists, who fulfills criteria and pass an acceptance (pass successfully an accreditation procedure) of Program-Accreditation Board of EFA Program. Accreditation is granted to unlimited time with an annual verification of competences. The key criterion of EFA evaluation is qualifications and professional experience, supported by particular successful missions. Program-Accreditation Board of EFA performs verification of EFA’s competences on basis of annual reports prepared and sent by EFAs to the EFA Program Bureau. Key criteria are qualifications and professional experience proved by precise success in fields of regional development and innovative development of entrepreneurship with the use of European funds.
